The Fayziyya Seminary is one of the religious schools in Qom, Iran, located next to the shrine of Fatima al-Ma’suma. This seminary has been the center of gatherings and activities of the students and scholars of the Qom Hawza (Islamic seminary) since 1941. It has witnessed many important events and movements in the history of Iran, such as the attack on the seminary by the Pahlavi regime in 1963, the historic speech of Imam Khomeini in 1963, and the closure of the seminary in 1979. The seminary was named after Fayz Allah, a Safavid minister who built it in the 17th century. The seminary has been renovated and expanded several times throughout its history. It has various facilities such as a library, a conference hall, and a dormitory.
